Pork (domestic, not wild) is pretty much safe to eat raw now - trichinosis
is virtually eradicated from domestic pigs. I eat "rare" chops and so do
the meat science professors I know....

Simple as pie (oops - not paleo). Get a package of off-cuts like wings,
backs, necks, etc, and toss one in the dinner bowl:) I realize this is
