Hi,
I was comparing a list of foods that people commonly develop an
intolerance to with Ray's list of foods to avoid. They match up
amazingly close especially if you consider grain fed animals to be
nonpaleo.
The top offenders in one study were (in descending order of
frequency):
egg, corn, cheese, potato, coffee, rice, yeast, chocolate, tea,
citrus,
oats, pork, plaice, cane, and beef.
One food group that people are frequently allergic to that is not on
Ray's list is citrus fruit. Somewhere according to the study i read
between 10 and 35 per cent of people display symtoms after eating
citrus
fruit.
Does anyone have a good theory on why citrus fruits are different from
other fruits?
I believe that all humans are remarkably similar and if over 10 per
cent
of the population react adversely when eating a food then i don't want
to be eating that food.
Sincerely,
mark
