I understand the idea that in eating Paleo we shouldn't need to
supplement a body that is not being stressed by "Forbidden Fruits". I
guess the reason I'm hesitant to quit taking my supplements is because
of the idea that the foods that are grown now are not as high in
vitamins and minerals as they once were (soil depletion, single crop
farming practices, etc.).
Any thoughts on this?
