Hello,

I've just read NeanderThin and spent *many* hours going through the
archives and visiting related sites. This started out as a search for
contrary evidence (to Paleo) for my own benefit, after a discussion on
the dog list. I could find none other than that I already knew (about
the importance of complex carbohydrates, etc.).

I did, however find an aweful lot of information of interest which made
a great case for going Paleo. So here I am, having gone Paleo, to see if
it will help me.

Apologies to Kathy Partridge for anything I got started on the dog list
awhile back.
(I am not the one who talked about how badly wolves do in the wild, we
just had a discussion about grains and complex carbohydrates).

Stacie
