Evolutionary Diet, the following table appears:

Ostrich 18
The U.S.Department of Agriculture has an enormous data base (available
on-line) on the nutrtional content of tens of thousands of foods. The
Citron's site the USDA Agricultural Handbook COMPOSITION OF FOODS: LAMB,
VEAL, & GAME PRODUCTS (1989) as their source for this table. In New
England, where moose is common, moose has a reputation for being an
extremely lean meat.
