I have been low carbing for the past year and have lost 78 pounds, my body
fat is down to 22% and my LBM is 187 pounds. Recently I have been speaking
with and have hired a nutritionist that works with body builders. He
believes that he can design a new way of eating that is fairly low carb but
not ketogenic that will shed the rest of my body fat and get me down to 7%
BF. Our goal time for this is September. I am also working with a body
builder as a trainer and have been seeing good results. the main reason I
am switching my diet is to boost my work outs. I plan to stick with this
new diet to the point I reach my goal and then switch back to neanderthin
because I love the way it makes me feel. please give me your impute on this
decision.
