Don,

I'm no expert, but I'd say no. It is a form of processing, a method of
concentrating one component of a food while throwing the others away. The
body evolved to eat whole foods, not components of them, right? Now,
granted, we are mostly all guilty of eating some artificially concentrated
foods on this list, but looking for more just doesn't seem like a good
idea.

My $0.02,
John Pavao

Is juicing vegetables paleo? Would we want juicers? They are expensive and
noisy.

Don.
