Don, I think there may be a correlation between allergy/sensitivity and sleep
apnea. I remember as a kid up until my adult life having recurring dreams
that I was under water and unable to breath, try as I may, only to wake up
with an explosive inhalation. I take that as sleep apnea. It hasn't happened
since I took milk and other sensitivities out of my diet. And as my previous
roll-call indicated, I had a baby stop breathing due to enlarged adnoids due
to milk protein sensitivity. Do you have enlarged adnoids or tonsils perhaps
playing into the sleep apnea? Carrie
