I am also severely LI, and am in Massachusetts, so I
was happy to read that you had success with Lactaid
100. I've been afraid to try it.
I just have a couple questions for you.
Does it taste sweet, or is it just like milk?
Also, do you have problems with casien and whey? I
don't know anything about processing milk, so I don't
when casien and whey are removed for use in other
products. I react to those as well.
