Just wanted to mention that if a vitamin has extra calcium in it, it usually
has reduced amounts of minerals. Minerals are "bulky" and make a vitamin pill
huge, and the manufacturers have to limit the size somehow. I know when I
checked "extra calcium" types of vitamins out for my son I chose to forgo them
since the other minerals were reduced in amount and I chose to get a
mulitvitamin with minerals and add a separate calcium supplement.

I'm not trying to suggest you are making a wrong decision in chosing these; I
just want to point out for everyone faced with this kind of decision that
there are other things to consider if one also is looking for a vitamin that
has minerals in it.
