My son had a bone density test done several months ago.  His test also
came back low.  We received the same recommendations.

My son takes one Flinstone's chewable a day.  He also takes 3 Tums a
day.  He is allergic to milk and eggs and has had no problems with
either of these supplements.

The docs also recommended that we do a follow up DEXA in about a year.
