Try giving him a vitamin B1 supplement. This works as a natural insect
repellent. I was told this years ago, to keep bees away, since I'm
anaphylactic to them. It worked on the bees, but it kept ALL insects away. I
no longer got misquito bites. When I go into a cemetery (I'm a genealogist),
the gnats are all over my husband, but they leave me alone, as long as I've
remembered the B1. My younger daughter is allergic to mosquitoes, so I gave it
to her, too, and eliminated the mosquito bites. Hopefully it will work for
your son. Worth a try, anyway!
