Hydrogenated fat contains free radicals, and may contribute to the
development of cancer. There is nothing wrong with saturated fats, as long
as they provide 20% or less of ones caloric intake.
Many of these "do what we say is good for you" pressure groups, get a lot
of press, even though they are lacking in knowledge of nutrition.
