Thanks Craig for these foot care ideas:
My Dr. told me that Lotrimin AF had alcohol in it (which can cause the skin
to crack) and he recommended:
1. Tinactin (I use the powder)
2. using a blow dryer (set on cool) to dry my feet completely
after bathing
3. wear white (preferred because you can bleach them) cotton (so it
wicks away the moisture) socks
4. change your socks at least 2X daily
5. wear a different pair of shoes every day.

A few more questions.....
Has anyone else experienced Edema (swelling of the feet) as a result of
taking Chromium Picolinate suppliments?
I seem to be having this problem & was warned that it could be a side
effect of the CP.
How to deal w/ Edema?
And... has any here tried the diabetic socks that are being marketed?
A friend's wife had purchased them & he thought she was just being
gullible.....
but they are said to be especially comfortable, cushioned & he wears
them now exclusively- his only complaint is they just come in the color
white....
(Grant M has a link on his website-- he does not sell them- just a link
to the manufacturer somewhere in the Mid-West of the US)
