ISBN 1-57502-049-1 for $19.95 + $3, but it doesn't include food
exchanges.It has 275 recipes for breads, desserts, entrees, sauces, salad
dressings, etc. for those who must avoid wheat and gluten. It is also
good!   She also had very informative printed book marks showing
gluten-free substitutions for about $1.50.
     This coming year she hopes to work on another gluten-free cookbook
of main courses.
