Oh have you? I take it you must have skipped a few messages. Did you not
recall my message to YOU wherein I stated I ate about 85% raw for 9
months, then dropped the cooked and my health and well-being went up
enormously? You better go over my other messages again. You missed a few
things, apparently.
I've been involved with raw foods since September 1997. Count that -
almost 14 months.
I found that I do better eating my eggs raw, and eating my tubers, etc.
raw. In other words, EVERYTHING raw.

Boy what an understatement. Talk about self-incriminating. :) You did
indeed miss out on about 90% of what I said in other messages!

I don't see myself being fortunate to one iota so far -- certainly not
"EXTREMELY". I feel I've helped this list more than it's helped me.
It seems that you personally, Liza, have a problem: You're too busy
thinking about what you're going to type, without really giving a lot of
thought to what the other person says (types). It looks like you're out
to WIN regardless of the facts/truth of the matter.
