So if you were to add the contents of a vitamin E capsule to the pure nut
oil the first time you opened it (as someone, Karl I think, suggested in a
previous post for canola oil), would that prevent the oxidation of the nut
oil? Are these oxidised oils as toxic as hydrogenated oils, or the oxidised
cholesterol found in cooked egg yolk and aged cheese?
