Hi Everyone,
I don't know if this book has been mentioned before:
Sugar Blues by William Dufty. I found a copy in a used book store. This
invaluable book discusses the history of refined sugar and explains how
refined sugar, flour and rice cause diabetes and other disorders and also
how this truth has been covered up by the medical industry throughout the
ages.
A must read!!
