Please check the ingredients of these products. I don't think they are
gluten free.
Also, if we have to eat rice, the less refined brown rice is supposed to be
better than refined white rice products. The Chinese people found out that
polished white rice caused them to get plagues of beriberi (B1 deficiency
caused by malnutrition leading to polyneuritis due to an unbalanced diet)
in the past so they changed back.
