In Dr. Walker's book, Vegetarian's Guide to Diet and Salad, most of his recipes include
dairy products like cottage cheese, sour cream, cream, and swiss cheese.
He also has a recipe for mayonaise that include egg yolks.

He talks about the dairy products he recommends in a paragraph so this wasn't
something he was hiding. Just because he was pro-raw and pro-veg doesn't mean he
was anti-RAF.
