I have a catnip plant that my 2 cats graze on *every* day.  From their
behavior when they're "on" catnip, I'd have to say that they are definitely
"high."

BTW, shamanism not only still exists in Siberia, but some anthropologists
consider Siberian shamanism to be the source for Native American shamanism
