_The_Best food regime begins with understanding which foods are good for
the body that is consuming them. ie _Your_ best foods are what suit _you_
the best.
In "Eat Right For Your Type", Dr D'Adamo shows how different foods can react
with one's immune system to either help it or hinder it. The beauty about
it is that he found that the front-line of the immune system is represented
in the digestive tract mostly by your ABO blood type.
If you read the book, you will see that some people do better with meat,
others vegetables, others dairy products.

This is found to be so by many.

If you know someone with bulimia, check them with the blood-type foods they
eat.. Its possible to be reactive to 'good' foods also, but you might find
they can keep -some- foods down ok?
