Hey, does Gypsy Boots know about this?! -- the indefatigable Kyolic
crusader -- and the whole congregation of health devotees kneeling at the
altar of the stinking clove?
Janis, can you supply evidence/references?
If true, chalk this up as a point for Instincto doctrine. For garlic,
eaten Alone and Unaltered, produces an unimpeachable "stop." Trust me on
this, you are not likely to overdose on garlic eaten in the Instinctive
fashion. It's another story, of course, if you sneak it past your sensory
watchdogs by mixing it in a recipe or a salad.
