Fish heads, yes. When I was eating raw mackeral, the gooy part behind
the eyes was the best. This is all inspiring me to think about raising
grasshoppers in Manhattan. I need the glucosamine that's in their
shells. But I just can't get the cockroach resemblance out of my mind.
