Hi Aaron,

thank you for your detailed description of your eating style.

You write:
>..., I let my body lead, and I watch to see
>how well I interpret what it wants, to find out if it really wants what
>I think it wants, so that I can learn how to best love myself.

Sounds like instinctive eating to me. ;-) :-) Do you know the theory?

BTW: I'm an instinctive eater so my variety of foods is more or less
the same as yours. I am still in the 'cheese is unnatural' loop since
I don't know if milk of a non-human species is part of the evolutionary
acquired human nutrition. Who knows. At least it doesn't attract me
so I let it sit and wait until my body calls for it. :-)

Aaron:
>About a year ago I took a product called Pure Synergy, a freeze-dried
>wildcrafted herb, grass, sprout, algae combo. Last week I wanted it,
>so I

How about taking a walk outside and collecting some herbs yourself?

Instinctive greetings,

Stefan
