P.S. The acupuncturist said "low Qi and low blood". She only used my
right hand for the pulses which I thought was a little strange. She
said that my pulse was "thready". I have been wondering lately if my
kidney yin deficiency is resulting from gluten intolerance. That can
supposedly damage the kidneys. Casein peptides also collect in the
kidneys, but I don't know what they do there. I believe in the vitality
of raw foods unless the fiber aggravates the gut. I have been eating
