Pang,
PCI sound cards configure quite nicely. No conflicts with Video Cards
whatsoever. But, I may make this supposition. The quality of the sound card
must be considered. Just because a sound card is PCI does not automatically
make the quality better than ISA. I suggest you look into getting a better
quality sound card whether it be ISA or PCI. I cannot fathom how just being
PCI would make a difference. I think it is possible that the user is
implying PCI cards are better quality. This used to be the case, but now
entry-level PCI cards are abundant.I think a better quality card of either
bus is what is your looking for.
