Michael

One of my daughters called me yesterday from college. She hasent been
feeling well for some time now. The doctor she was seeing told her it's
just a bad cold. However just when she thinks she's getting over it, it
comes right back. Now shes also having stomach problems and pain every time
she eats. She also mentioned having a hard time concentrating when tring to
study and a hard time reading. She is coming home for spring break and
wants to start eating paleo. Even though I wanted her to eat this way
before as a preventive measure, she just didnt see the point. She said she
had not been sick like I was and therefore didnt need to change her diet.
Unfortunately I think this is the way most people think.
