You might want to contact the City of Oxford, Ohio.....
513-524-5207 (City Engineer, Chuck Petty)
101 E. High St., Oxford, OH 45056
This community has gone to great lengths to renovate and preserve
about a mile of brick surface in the heart of town..... and has been
doing this since I can remember... (1970's at least).
Every couple of years it seems, they uncover another block and re-work
it. They seem to have it down to a science.
Mr. Petty is fairly new to the City, but his staff are old hands.
The Administrative Assistant for the Engineering Dept. handles all
e-mail correspondence at :

This is a small town and people here are friendly and generally willing
to help out if they can be of service.....
