A car dealer here in the Syracuse area found a use for a vacant mall
building (a fairly new Caldors)--they're using it for an indoor car lot.
When that becomes cost-effective you have to believe they aren't paying much
per square foot.
At least they didn't tear it down to lower the taxes.
