There's a high probability that it could be the meat. Animals are higher
on the food chain, and generally concentrate toxins in their bodies. There
is no such thing as "pure" meat, even if it's organic. One reason is due
to the toxins the animal naturally produces (metabolized byproducts, etc.)

I don't see why the meat would be necessary - raw dairy and/or eggs should
be enough.

One other possibility is that it could be due to parasites. Acne is one
symptom of parasite infection. It's very risky to eat raw meat of any kind.
This is a common cause of parasite infections. Fasting or using a parasite
cleanse formula may be of benefit here.

Gluten: I seem to have problems with it too. I had some soaked oat groats
today, and I felt weakened afterwards, and somewhat spaced out and
depressed. It was probably the gluten.
