Vomiting broccoli/Vegetable spray

Hi, it's my first time on the list, and I have started to include lots of
raw food into my diet mainly through juicing at this point.

A couple of days ago, I brought in some brocolli to work. I washed the
brocolli with water, and dried it. Then I ate it with some cold pressed
olive oil (which was kept in the refrigerator) along with some good quality
salad dressing (containing no fat, apple cider vinager, garlic). Before I
ate my broccoli, an hour previously I drank some red zinger herbal tea. An
hour and a half, I drank some ginseng tea. $hours later after my brocolli
lunch, I felt nauteous before I was preparing dinner. Later, I vomiting a
small amount of liquid, and I saw little sprouts of brocolli that went
undigested. I felt fine afterward, but I felt another heave coming through.
I drank a lot of water to facilitate the vomiting. I vomited again, and for
the third time. It came out the other end too, with little broccoli sprouts
undigested.

This has never happened to me before. I have been eating my broccoli lunch
like this for a month now. What went wrong? The only thing that I can
think of was that I didn't chew the broccoli enough which showed up as some
of it being unchewed. What should I do next time? Steam my broccoli, or
chew more slowly?

With my juicer, I got a vegetable spray that contains purified water and
ionic surficant (I forgot the ingredient offhand). Anyways, I've been using
it to wash my veggies and it claims to remove pesticides and wax. I don't
know how much it costs because it came free with my juicer, but I will
consider buying it again if I see it in the health food store. Is this no
better than using dishwashing detergent?
