What about organic free range meats?  Most don't use growth hormones and
antibiotics and are more conscience about what's going into their animals,
which usually means, what they are fed is organic.  Therefore, you avoid the
whole pesticide residue that you would be eating if you consumed standard
grain fed animals.  Granted, this meat is more expensive, but, you know what
they say, you get what you pay for.
