Robert, I don't know about my own insulin status, but I certainly used to have
problems with excessive sweating before starting LC dieting two years ago.  (I
have now gravitated to Atkins, paleo style.)  My question is why must you have
such a *high-carb* fruit with your breakfast?  Isn't OJ a known spiker of
blood sugar?  I wonder if it wouldn't be better to switch to some kind of
lower carb berries or even some vegetables with breakfast to get the extra
carbs you need for your workouts, instead of such a hard jolt from the OJ.
