John,
Moira is right. There are those of us who are finding what is going on with
this list as rather disturbing. Frankly, I get sick and tired of someone who
knows better to go on and on about his way of eating and shooting down the
paleo diet as outlined in Ray's book. It's pure malice, and sabotage. But
we've got to stick to our conviction about the list. Support those who are
truly interested in living with the paleo diet (as outlined in Neanderthin),
and simply ignore the others. If anyone has any suggestions to keep this list
going for those who are interested in following the Neanderthin diet, please
speak up. We can't let a good thing be spoiled by a few bad apples.

P.S. to the others: I really don't care what your opinions are about eating
raw food only, or whether grains are good for you or not, or what can cause
cancer or not. You are boring, arrogant and inconsiderate.
