With a new insurance policy, I've switched doctors and am finally
able to work with a naturopath.

First visit today for my annual physical went great, and I was
really pleased with her overall knowledge base.

Her one big concern: I don't have daily bowel movements as a
paleo eater, which brought up the "colon cancer" talk.

I am very regular on an every-other-day basis. I also don't
seem to produce a lot of waste. Could this just be a "benefit"
of paleo??
