Hi Everyone,
I have a question about Dill Seeds. I have this spice in my spice rack, and
would like to use it in a sauce for fish. I was under the impression that all
spices were safe, unless they were gound wiht flour to keep from caking. This
is a pure substance, left whole, but when I open the bottle, it smells so much
like rye seeds I'm hesitant to use it. Does anyone know of any connection
between dill seeds and rye? P.S. -I got it as part of a gift a while ago, and
I'm not sure of the manufacturer.
