It could, if your absorption is good and your deficiency is not too severe.
If your absorption is poor or the deficiency is severe that may not be
sufficient for you to feel well. You should do whatever is best for your
health, to protect your well-being. Maybe your doctor can help - I also agree
with other responses to your post.
