I get canker sores if I eat too many acid fruits, vinegar, lemon juice etc. I
can eat a lot of acid fruits and not get them, as long as I make sure I
balance it out with lots of raw greens and celery.

If I already have a canker sore, eating maybe 5 large stalks of celery and a
large romaine salad with no vinegar or lemon juice will usually take the pain
away in 1 day and totally heal within a day or two.

Love
Sandy
