I had written quite a bit more with that message, but somehow it got cut

Anyway, it wasn't too important.
One point I'll make is that I get a minimum of 2,500 100% raw calories
every day. I usually get considerably more however.
Also I should note that I do drink the juice of 2 lemons, mixed with pure
water, after getting up every morning. This adds some calories too. ;)
Anyway, time to get to some replies...
