This past Saturday the fish people had sea scallops. I didn't buy enough.
They were gone within minutes after I got home. Next time they have them I
will skip my weekly tuna and instead buy a couple pounds of scallops. Look
for scallops when you go to the market on Wednesday. Same price as tuna.

The other thing I've been buying from the fish people is their smoked blue
fish. Technically not raw, but I eat it cold.
