The hole I found in the bottom of the Chinatown coconut was quite large,
and it is possible it was not a tampering to inject sugar, but some kind
of post stuck in the young coconut in order to form the hut shaped
exterior which looked to me like a factory made exterior. It was not part
of the original coconut, but was a man made wrapping. I will investigate
some more. I hope to find a young coconut that is not wrapped and then
compare the milk with one of these hut-wrapped coconuts.
