You speak about the ability to digest concentrated foods. I agree that it's more
difficult to eat concentrated foods when you are a vegan, but not impossible:
sprouts, avocados, nuts (and cooked grains, tofu for non-raw vegans) are
non-animal concentrated foods. On the other hand, non-vegans may lack
concentrated foods (like instinctos eating too much fruit).
My point wasn't to defend veganism, but to point out that criticizing it because
it lacks protein is a wrong argument. Risks of other deficiencies (B12, etc) are
better arguments.
