You can make a single modem available to multiple users but not
simultaneously.
If you do need simultaneous use -- two different people can not use the
same phone line to make two separate connections -- so. you need to
explain better what it is that you want to do.
Go to http://www.blackbox.com and request a catalog. They have been in
the communications business for a looong time and their catalog includes
excellent instructional pages which will explain the overall process of
what you need to accomplish.

As a new CNA on a Novell 4.11 network, I've been asked to make the
modem available to multiple, simultaneous users. How might I accomplish
this and do I need a special modem for this?
