You don't want to drop alot of money, I am sure.  I would recommend a TXPro
mobo.  This runs about 69 bucks.  A good video card (Matrox is my own choice,
but many like the Voodoo 3d .. or is the 3dx...) a mid size case, a sound card
(I would avoid Creative Labs here, as some of their stuff is Intel specific).

It's hard to suggest what you might want, as I don't really know how you want to
use this system, but with this mobo you can then update later to a Cyrix 6x86 MX
