VGA does 640x480. SVGA is a loosely-defined term for any
card/monitor that supports higher resolutions than that; 800x600 and
1024x768 are common, and 1182x864 is sometimes supported.
I haven't actually seen the designation UVGA, but I'd expect it to
refer to components that support at least 1280x1024, and probably
1600x1200 [so far, you'll see more cards that can do this than
monitors!].
