They look pretty close to what I have on my Satellite Pro boot disk.  Are
you sure of the paths?  Could you put the CD driver on the boot disk itself
like mine?  If you need it, I could send you the whole boot disk.  It's less
that 200kb zipped.  Here's what I have.

Config.sys----

DEVICE=A:\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=A:\EMM386.EXE NOEMS
DEVICEHIGH=A:\TOSCDROM.SYS /D:TOSCD001
DOS=HIGH,UMB
DEVICEHIGH=A:\SETVER.EXE

Autoexec.bat-----

path a:\
if exist toscd001 LH A:\MSCDEX /L:D /D:TOSCD001 /M:10
