PC Power and Cooling sells an ultra-quiet PS called the "Silencer". I used
one to build a sound editing computer for a production room at the radio
station where I work. The computer case sits just a couple of feet from the
microphone and has never bothered the overly picky people who use the room.
PC Power and Cooling stuff is a bit pricey, but I am very happy with the PS
in this particular application. Their phone number as of a year ago was
1-800-722-5700.
