        I have a friend who is putting together pent 200 mmx and is
having a problem getting a video signal.  He has tried a known working
pci video, changed motherboards, changed cases, changed monitors
and removed memory and still comes up with first a blank blue screen that
flashes once and then a message "Missing Signal".  Any ideas that I
can pass along?
