May be the memory problem or the display driver problem.
I give you some suggestions:
1. Try to adjust the memory related settings in BIOS, slow down it and
see if the status improves.
2. Upgrade your display driver. If you're already using the latest
version, to find out if the driver causes the instability problem is
quite easy. Just change to use the general Microsoft SVGA driver, if
things improved, then the problem was caused by the display driver.
3. Borrow some memory from your friend, it should be the good memory,
replace your exist memory modules with it. Run it 2-3 days, and see if
it helps.
